Milton-Freewater Man in Critical Condition After Accident

MILTON-FREEWATER, Ore. -- A Milton-Freewater man is in critical condition tonight at Harborview Medical Center after a two vehicle accident in Milton-Freewater yesterday.

80-year-old James Badgett was driving along Ferndale Road when he failed to stop at a stop sign near Highway 11 and hit a car driven by 19-year-old Jesse Field.

Field was not injured, but his two passengers were taken to Walla Walla General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Oregon State Police are investigating the accident.
