Richland Police Looking for Man Accused of Shooting at Two People

Posted: Updated:

RICHLAND, Wash. - Richland Police are looking for a man accused of shooting at two people Tuesday afternoon.

Officers say it happened on the 400 block of Thayer Drive about 4:30 pm.

A woman and her boyfriend say they were in a parked car outside her parent's house when her ex-boyfriend, 41 year old Steve Linderman drove up in a car, got out and fired at least one shot at them.

The victims say Linderman told them he "was not going back to jail," and drove away. Nobody was hurt.

Police found the car Linderman was driving, along with a truck he later borrowed from a friend but are still searching for him.

He is 5' 8", 220 lbs. and bald.  If you have any information, call Richland Police.
