Police Release Name of Woman Killed In Crash Near Hermiston

UPDATE:

HERMISTON, Ore. - Oregon State Police release name of the woman killed in the crash near Hermiston over the weekend.

Officers say 63-year-old Judith Burns from Big Timber, Montana died when she crashed her pickup truck into the back of a flatbed truck.

HERMISTON, Ore. - A 63-year-old woman died in a car accident Sunday morning near Hermiston after the pickup she was driving slammed into the back of a flatbed truck.

Oregon State Police said it happened along Highway 207 just before 11:00 a.m. The woman was trying to pass the truck as it made a left hand turn. When she got back into the lane behind it, she crashed into the back of it.

Officers say the two people in the flatbed truck were not hurt. OSP are still investigating the crash.
