PASCO, Wash.- Green Power's owner failed to deliver the cash owed to the Port of Pasco Tuesday to halt the eviction process.
Port Commissioners gave Green Power CEO, Michael Spitzauer until 3 p.m. to hand over nearly $500,000 in cash, if he wanted to regain ownership of his company's assets along with a six-month lease.
This was Spitzauer's second and final chance to pay up.
Port Commissioners say they will move forward with the eviction process and the disposition of the company's bio-fuel plant assets currently locked up in the building.
