Teenager to Survive Car Crash near Grandview Showing Some Improvement

GRANDVIEW, Wash. - Good news for the lone survivor from last week's fatal car accident near Grandview.

17-year-old Jovannie Razo was upgraded this week from critical to serious condition at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

The Grandview senior was driving down Evans Road with two other teenage boys when the car went off the road and crashed into a tree. 16-year-olds Carlos Ochoa and Kevin Lopez were killed in the accident.
