Interactive space exhibit opening at CREHST Museum

RICHLAND, WA - Coming up this Friday, a new hands-on science exhibit about our solar system is opening the CREHST museum. 

"A View from Space," is a bilingual (English and Spanish) is an interactive exhibit, that will give visitors a chance to see the world from a satellite's perspective from NASA's Earth Observing System.

The new exhibit lets you track a hurricane from space, and send a satellite spinning into orbit around a model Earth. It also includes a drawing station with satellite stencils, a free-play activity table with space-themed toys, and a reading area.

Washington River Protection Solutions is sponsoring the exhibit which will run through May 19th.

CREHST is located at 95 Lee Boulevard in Richland. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for children over 7 and seniors.
