Busey's Response To Firing

RICHLAND, Wash. - The Richland School Board terminated Busey's contract Tuesday after an investigation revealed he was involved in an extramarital affair with a school district employee, which violated a moral clause in his contract.

NBC Right Now spoke briefly with Busey Wednesday who issued a statement.

"All options are being considered personally and professionally and will be determined by my attorneys," Busey said.

The School District said their search for Busey's replacement is already underway.
