PASCO, Wash. - Leading business women from all different backgrounds took center stage at the TRAC in Pasco on Wednesday.
The Women in Business Conference is a one-day event with representatives from health, education, exercise, and retail sales.
It is the second year the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce has hosted the event, for business savvy women to share their knowledge and personal stories in the workforce.
"We heard earlier today about a woman who has a great story. She runs a very successful construction company and some of the issues she's dealt with when she was growing her business, the people not really expecting her to be a female," said Tri-City Chamber of Commerce President, Lori Mattson.
The networking event also provided various workshops as well as a fashion show.
