YAKIMA, Wash.--Garfield Elementary School was placed on lockdown shortly after 9 a.m. Friday.

Yakima Police said they were searching for two men with outstanding warrants that were last seen in the area.

Officers said the men were not wanted for anything dangerous, but told the school to lock its doors as a safety precaution.

Police said one man was taken into custody, but the other has not been found.

Students were back outside for recess about an hour later.
