RICHLAND, Wash. - A Pasco man is facing several charges after Richland Police say they arrested him for outstanding warrants.
Officers say they responded to a call last Friday of a person going door to door in the 1600 block of Davison St. asking for fuel and directions to the nearest gas station.
Police say they then approached 27-year-old Juan Vela and discovered that he had two warrants out for his arrest. He also had two sets of brass knuckles in his pockets but would not tell the officers why.
After officers arrested Vela, they say they also found baggies of meth in his pockets.
Vela is currently in the Benton County Jail.
