Dennis Huston Schedule to Appear in Franklin County Court Thursday

PASCO, Wash. -- Franklin County's Former Public Works Accounting Manager is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow morning, where he may agree to a plea deal to avoid trial.

Last week -- we told you Dennis Huston was offered a plea agreement by prosecutors. Prosecutors say he embezzled more than $1.5 million from Franklin County over a 20-year period.

Huston's hearing is scheduled for 8:30am in Franklin County Superior Court. We'll have the details tomorrow right here on NBC Right Now.
