STANFIELD, Ore. - Oregon State Police are searching for a man accused of robbing a truck driver Saturday at an Interstate 84 rest area near Stanfield.
Officers say around 7 AM the 55-year-old truck driver from Alabama got out of his truck to throw trash away when a man came up to him with a gun. The suspect ordered the driver back into his truck and then stole money.
Police say the suspect is a white man in his 30's. He has blonde hair, average build, and was wearing a black long sleeve thermal shirt and grayish-brown pants at the time of the incident.
