UPDATE: HERMISTON, Ore. -- Oregon State Police are investigating a pickup truck versus semi truck accident near Hat Rock Thursday night.
Police say the driver of the pick-up, 20-year-old Mackenzie Jo Dyer of Hermiston, pulled out in front of the semi on Hwy 730.
Dyer was flown to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland then taken to Harborview in Seattle overnight. She was last listed in critical condition.
Police say the two other passengers in the pick-up were also injured and taken to area hospitals. No one was wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash and one man was ejected.
The semi truck driver from Othello was not injured.
