UPDATE: Two in Critical Condition, One Serious after Hermiston Crash

HERMISTON, Ore. - We now know the names and conditions of the young adults hurt in the car crash near Hermiston Thursday night. 

Oregon State Police say 20-year-old Mackenzie Jo Dyer from Hermiston, was driving the pickup that crashed into a semi trailer on Highway 730 near Highway 37. Officers say she turned on the highway and pulled in front of the semi.

Paramedics airlifted Dyer to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, as of Friday morning, she's in critical condition.

Paramedics took her passengers to the hospital with serious injuries. 21-year-old Kortlan Lucas from Hermiston is at Oregon Health & Science University Hospital in Portland in critical condition as of Friday morning.  22-year-old James Cook Jr. from Boardman is at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in serious condition as of Friday morning. 

Police say one of the men was ejected from the truck in the crash, but at this point officers say they don't know which one.

Officers say none of them were wearing seat belts.

The 62-year-old semi driver from Othello wasn't hurt. After the crash, officers say the trailer came to rest on a dirt shoulder on Highway 730.

HERMISTON, Ore. -- Oregon State Police are investigating a pickup truck versus semi truck accident near Hat Rock Thursday night. 

Police say the driver of the pick-up, 20-year-old Mackenzie Jo Dyer of Hermiston, pulled out in front of the semi on Hwy 730. 

Dyer was flown to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland then taken to Harborview in Seattle overnight. She was last listed in critical condition.

Police say the two other passengers in the pick-up were also injured and taken to area hospitals. No one was wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash and one man was ejected.

The semi truck driver from Othello was not injured.
