KENNEWICK, Wash. - A convicted felon from Richland is behind bars again after Kennewick Police say they arrested him for driving under the influence and having a gun.
Police say around 5:15 Saturday one of their officers was almost hit by another driver who did not stop for a stop sign at the intersection of 4th Ave and Auburn Street.
The officer then pulled over 23-year-old Carlos Dominguez and could see him trying to hide something underneath his seat. Officers say they arrested Dominguez for driving under the influence and then found a gun under his seat.
Officers booked Dominguez into the Benton County Jail.
