YAKIMA, Wash.--People packed into Glenwood Square Saturday for the annual "Hurry Up Spring, Arts and Crafts Fair."
Baked goods, jewelry, and candles are just some of the homemade goodies that were up for sale.
Vendors said it's a great way to meet new people and see some of the talent here in the valley. They said people living here are happy to buy local whenever they can.
"Being made from the home, and the creativity and just from the heart is what you get here and that's kind of a lost craft," said Tessa Fletcher. "And it's just a pleasure to see the abilities that everybody else has."
Around 50 or 60 vendors took part Saturday.
