SPOKANE, Wash. - What better way to
celebrate sweet victory than cake? That's exactly what
the Zag Dining By Sodexho crew thought, so they made a 21 foot cake in the shape
of #1. Written on top was "Congratulations Zags."
It took hours of baking
Sunday - including 15 sheet cakes - and 20 pounds of frosting alone! As soon as
the AP poll ranking was released Monday morning, the team starting bringing it
out to assemble and ice the cake in front of the Crosby student center, and
within an hour, it was gone.
