FINLEY, Wash. - A female student is at the Benton County Juvenile Justice Center after school administrators found a "death list" Wednesday at Finley Middle School.
Finley School District Superintendent Lance Hahn says the handwritten list had around 50 student and staff names on it.
Benton County deputies say they arrested the girl Thursday and say she is facing felony charges for making threats. They say she admitted she wasn't happy with people at the school but claims she didn't intend any harm.
The school district has emergency expelled the girl until further notice.
All students on the list and their parents are being contacted by the school. Deputies say there is no current danger to Finley students.
