Work Continues on New Richland Hotel

RICHLAND, Wash.-- Work on the new Waterford Hotel is picking up.

Crews have started framing the 100-room facility on George Washington Way in Richland.

The developer, Vandervert Construction out of Spokane, says they don't have an estimated time of completion.

At one time, the Waterford was supposed to be built as luxury condominiums, but that plan fell through giving way to the hotel.
