Local Fans Give Their Gonzaga Predictions

Posted: Updated:

SPOKANE, Wash. - March Madness is a little crazier than usual this year now that the Gonzaga Bulldogs are the No. 1 ranked team in the nation.

Many people who talked to us on camera were optimistic that the Zags would make it to the Final Four. Some did not share the same opinions.

While we won't know what seed the Zags will enter the tournament at, there is a very high probability they will earn a coveted No. 1 seed.

We did some checking on the odds that the No. 1 seed makes it to the final four.

Since 1979, 57 No. 1 seeds have made it to the Final Four.

More than 15 No. 1 seeds have won the entire tournament.
