NBCRightNow.com - The Rascal Rodeo Foundation is holding its Exceptional Rodeo for people with special needs Saturday, March 16 at the TRAC in Pasco.
Special needs participants of all ages will get to be a real cowboy or cowgirl for a day. They will get to ride horses, milk cows, and rope steer.
Organizers say the activities amaze the participants and their families by showing just how much they can do.

Come and wear your favorite cowboy or cowgirl attire.Volunteers will need to be at the TRAC by 9am.Participants will need to be there by 10am.
