Hope On The Slopes Raises Over $42,000 - NBC Right Now/KNDO/KNDU Tri-Cities, Yakima, WA |

WHITE PASS, Wash.--Over the weekend, the White Pass Ski Area raised over $42,000 for the American Cancer Society.

White Pass skier Dave Ludwig started the event ten years ago. Now, it's expanded to 12 ski areas across the nation.

In the ten years White Pass Ski Area has been participating in this event, they've raised around $3 million.
