Gonzaga Players Look Ahead To Wichita St.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - They say you learn from your mistakes, and Gonzaga made its share of mistakes in its first game of the NCAA Tournament against Southern.

They didn't play their worst game of the year, but they were far from their "A" game as well.

There was a noticeable rust factor from their ten-day layoff from the WCC Tournament, and while they "got away with one" against a very motivated southern squad, the Zags know they can ill afford a similar effort against Wichita State in Round Three. That game is set to tip off at 5:40pm this Saturday on TNT

The winner of that game gets a trip to the Sweet 16 in what is suddenly looking like a very winnable West bracket.
