Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, Wash. - New information on the murder of long-time Yakima resident, 70-year-old David Child, and the arrest of suspect 34-year-old Armando Vierya.

According to the police affidavit, Vierya and Childs engaged in sexual activity the night of the murder. Court documents say Vierya pushed Childs to the ground after some unwanted touching but Vierya says he left without hurting him.

However, Yakima police say they're not looking for any other suspects at this time. Officers say Vierya and Childs knew each other prior to the incident.
