KENNEWICK, Wash., -- The 2013 Kennewick Irrigation District irrigation season has begun.
First water availability will differ by area from April 1st to the 17th. Click here to determine the water turn-on schedule in your service area.
The Kennewick Irrigation District says be sure to check your riser and valve for freeze damage and contact KID if repairs are needed. In order to prevent flooding, be sure to close your valve before water is turned on.
The irrigation system takes about two weeks to be fully filled and flushed so all pump stations are fully operational for the season.
