YAKIMA, Wash.--Around 5,000 people went to the Sundome Sunday for one big celebration.
It was the third annual "Eggnormous Easter Event" sponsored by the Changing Pointe Church.
They had 50,000 eggs to give away, a reptile show, a bounce house and lots of other fun family activities. The event is free of charge and everyone is welcome.
"We know that a lot of people don't go to a traditional church, but they'll come to Easter," said Pastor Lee Garcia. "So at Easter and Christmas we pull all the stops out. We're just like man we just want to love people where they're at and meet them at their need."
Pastor Garcia said every year the event keeps getting bigger and expects to have an even larger crowd next year.
