SPOKANE, Wash. - Many residents at the Winchester Court in Hillyard say their cars have been broken in to. One woman says her car was hit 7 times. The senior living center is near the intersection of Cook and Rockwell. Some residents say the company that owns the facility, Keimle & Hagood is not doing enough to stop the multiple car break ins that keep happening.

KHQ spoke to Loraine Brooks who is the director of multi family housing for the company. She says the company is "getting bids" for video surveillance systems. Many residents say they are just not putting anything valuable in their cars anymore for thieves to steal.
