Posted: Updated:

YAKIMA, Wash.-- The man accused of killing a 70-year-old Yakima man in downtown three weeks ago pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges of first degree murder.

Police say Armando Vieyra, 34, beat and stabbed David Childs after the two engaged in some kind of sexual activity.

Police say Vieyra admitted to meeting up with Childs but insists he didn't kill him.
