NBCRightNow.com - Federal agents arrested a man Wednesday accused of sending poisonous letters to President Obama and a senator.

Agents identified the suspect as Kenneth Curtis of Mississippi.

Both letters said "to see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance. I am KC and I approve this message."

Both letters were intercepted at off-site mail facilities.
