UPDATE: The driver fell asleep, according to the Washington State Patrol. The driver is identified as 30-year-old David Richard Rowberry of Spokane. He had two passengers with him: Jennifer Rowberry and Gracie Rowberry. They were all injured. Their injuries are not life-threatening. The vehicle they were in was a 2000 Chrysler Voyager.

UPDATE: The scene is now clear and only minor injuries are being reported. It's still not clear what caused the crash. The crash happened on Wednesday afternoon.

UPDATE: At least 2 people have been transported to the hospital with unknown injuries after a rollover crash on I-90 in the eastbound lanes at the Pines off ramp. At this hour crews are working on clearing the scene. If you're driving in the area be prepared for delays. It's still not clear what caused the crash, as soon as we get more details we'll post them. The two sent to the hospital have not been identified.

    WASHINGTON (AP) - The government is proposing a $12 million civil fine against Southwest Airlines for failing to comply in three separate cases with safety regulations related to repairs on Boeing 737 jetliners.The FAA said Monday that beginning in 2006 Southwest made "extreme makeover" alterations to eliminate potential cracking of the aluminum skin on 44 jetliners.More >>
