Ice Cream Truck Driver Facing Luring Charges Back Behind Bars

KENNEWICK, Wash. - The Benton County Sheriff's Office says the Kennewick ice cream truck driver accused of luring young girls into his truck is back behind bars.

Deputies say Kennewick police arrested Maximinio Castillo-Murcia, 41, Wednesday afternoon after failing to appear in court that morning.

Castillo-Murcia had made bail Tuesday night before skipping his court appearance the next morning.

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Authorities are now looking for the Kennewick ice cream truck driver accused of luring young girls into his truck while touching himself inappropriately.

The Benton County Clerk's Office says 41-year-old Maximinio Castillo-Murcia made bail Tuesday night and skipped his first court appearance Wednesday morning.

There is a warrant out for his immediate arrest.
