Fever Change Practice and Change Results

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, Wash. - The Tri-Cites Fever players are building off their first Intense Conference win. Last Friday the Fever beat the Wyoming Cavalry, the win snaps a five game losing streak. Dante Warren continued his growth at quarterback, throwing for 177 yards and 5 touchdowns. The Fever say they changed the way they prepared.

"We had a one-on-one and everybody looked themselves in the mirror and they decided to play together as a team. All week in practice it was competitive we created scenarios where it was offense against defense, and both sides responded, both sides were competitive," said Cleveland Pratt, Fever defensive coordinator.
