PENDLETON, Ore. - The Umatilla County Board of Commissioners will decide this week whether to seek a court order to shut down the Rodeo City Inn.
Umatilla County Sheriff's Deputies say they consider the motel a hive of criminal activity.
Deputies recently notified the owner and residents of the 52-room inn that they would ask commissioners to close it.
Commissioners have the ability to declare a location a "crime property" if any of 16 different crimes happen at least three times in the course on 90 days.
Deputies say they have responded to the inn 300 times this year.
