SPOKANE, Wash. - On Thursday, April 11, 2013, at 7:15 p.m., Spokane Valley Sheriff's Deputy Joe Bodman responded to a robbery call at Puffin Glass Studio located at 12023 E. Sprague.

Deputy Bodman contacted the employee/victim who said that a white male, between 6'-6'3" and 160-180 lbs, came into the store and asked to see a pack of Captain Kratom Thai powder.
