Superheroes Surprise Kids at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Posted: Updated:

RICHLAND, Wash. - It was a "super" day at Richland's Kadlec Regional Medical Center for some young patients and their families.

Workers from Sparkling Clean Windows dressed as superheroes while washing windows at the pediatric center. Spiderman worked the outside of course, while Batman, Captain America, Superman, and Superwoman worked indoors.

"This is great. I've been doing this for over 12 years and this is one of the highlights definitely, trying to put a smile on their face, show appreciation to the real heroes, the staff and the parents, and the nurses and doctors here," said Jason Klovansky, dressed as Batman.

The superheroes also handed out toys. It is the first time sparkling clean windows has done anything like this but a spokesperson says they hope to return once or twice a year in the future.
