Digital Bookmobile in the Tri-Cities

RICHLAND, Wash. - A huge tool to teach people about downloading digital books parked at the Richland Library Wednesday.

The semi truck and trailer called the Digital Bookmobile is full of E-readers tablets i-Pods and other gadgets.

The goal is to show people how portable devices are compatible with library download services.

Digital specialist Kristijan Medic said, "A lot of the time they come on frustrated not knowing how this works and they're not too confident that they will figure it out. But at the end of the day they all figure it out, we work together to make sure they walk out happy."

The Digital Bookmobile will be at the new branch of the Mid Columbia Libraries on Wrigley Drive in West Pasco Thursday and Friday from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.
