UPDATE: Structure Fire On Spokane's Lower South Hill; 5 People Displaced

UPDATE: At least 5 people are displaced after Thursday's fire, according to our partners over at the Spokesman Review. No one was injured. There's still no official cause of fire.

UPDATE: According to neighbors they heard a propane tank explode on the back porch. They say two dogs were inside, but someone got them out and put them in the neighbor's yard. However, a girl tells us the girl who lived in the basement had a cat that is unaccounted for. Officials are asking all drivers to avoid the area as they work to clear the scene.

UPDATE: No one was in the home at the time of the blaze. It's not clear how the fire started. Firefighters got the fire knocked down in the basement, main floor and upstairs, but now it's in the attic. So far no injuries have been reported.

    LINCOLN CITY, Ore. - A Coast Guard helicopter crew assists North Lincoln Fire and Rescue by hoisted an injured, 78-year-old female hiker from a beach near God's Thumb north of Lincoln City, Saturday. The MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew safely transported the hiker to waiting emergency medical service personnel at a local casino parking lot.
