RICHLAND, Wash. - The City of Richland says the Richland Public Library will be closed May 6th through the 9th for system upgrades.
The City says the library is switching to a new integrated system called Evergreen. Evergreen is open-source quality
library software to help library users find materials and to help libraries
manage, catalog, and circulate those materials.
Library staff will be training on the new system and migrating all the current data into the system during the closure.
