PASCO, Wash. -- Two young local karate kids are off to Australia. They will compete in the World Karate Championships. There is 12-year-old Devon Brown of Pasco and 13-year-old Anjelica Rivera of Yakima. They are both first degree black belts. They have won multiple medals, and are now off to Australia to face the best competition.
