State Department Orders a Cease and Desist in Benton County

OLYMPIA, Wash. -- The Washington State Department of Health has revoked or suspended the licenses, certifications, or registrations of several health care providers in the state.

In Benton County, the Unlicensed Practice Program has ordered Colleen Partridge-Staudinger to cease and desist from any and all practice of medicine in Washington.

The cease and desist was effected immediately in April 2013.

Partridge-Staudinger was found to have injected individuals with botulinum toxin type A for cosmetic purposes on at least four occasions between June 2011 and May 2012.

She holds no health care credential in this state.
