Spokane Valley Police: 24 Time Convicted Felon Facing More Felony Charges

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE VALLEY POLICE DEPT: On Tuesday, May 14, 2013, Spokane Valley Property Crimes Task Force and the Sheriff's Office Investigative Task Force served a search warrant near the 3000 block of North Hogan St. This was the result of a lengthy investigation into multiple charges of Identity Theft, Forgery, Money Laundering and other types of criminal activity.

46-year-old Tonya Stewart was taken into custody today for 22 new felony charges that include Money Laundering, Identity Theft and Forgery. Stewart has already been convicted of 24 similar felony charges in the past. Several additional felony charges are expected as the investigation continues.
