More Candidate Filings for Washington State Offices
NBCRightNow.com -- There have been 1,893 approved candidate filings across the state as of Wednesday afternoon.
As for state filings, 11 candidates have filed for eight state offices.
Two of the latest filings are for the Court of Appeals, Division 3, District 1 judge position. The two men set to be on the ballot for that position as of now are Benton County Deputy Prosecutor Terry Bloor and Attorney George Fearing.
For state offices, online filing remains available night and day until 4 p.m. this Friday.
Candidates running for a legislative or judicial office encompassing more than one county need to file with the Secretary of State. Candidates running for a legislative or judicial office within one county need to file with their county elections office.
