McNary Dam Hosts Free Fishing Derby for Kids

UMATILLA, Ore. - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is inviting young anglers to a free fishing derby at McNary Lock and Dam on Saturday, May 18th.

The derby will run from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Fountain and Experimental ponds, located within the nature area, on the Oregon side of the Columbia River near McNary Dam.

All children 12 and under are invited to attend. There is no cost to participate.
