Pete Simpson of the Portland Police Bureau said Monday afternoon the scene is now "safe."     BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Police say at least 40 rounds were fired during a gun battle outside a Birmingham, Alabama, motorcycle club that killed two people and wounded two others. Birmingham police say the shooting happened shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday, outside the Showstoppers Motorcycle Club.More >>
