- Andrew Gardner (Mead): 1st place in the 1,600 meter (defends title)

- Damon Unland (Ferris): 1st place in the discus (third straight title)

- Damon Unland (Ferris): 2nd place in the shot put

 

3A

- Keith Williams (North Central): 1st place in the 1,600 meter

 

2A

- Terrynce Duke (West Valley): 1st place in the long jump (22-1)

- Daniel Amann (Deer Park): 3rd place in the 1,600 meter

- Courtney Hutchinson (Mead): 1st place in the shot put (46-08.25)

- Katie Knight (North Central): 3rd place in the 1,600 meter
