31-Year-Old Arrested In Coeur d'Alene For Five Counts Of Lewd Conduct With A Minor

Coeur d'Alene Police Department Press Release: 

Coeur d Alene Police Department responded to a suspicious circumstances call.  It was found there was unlawful touching of minors.  The Coeur d Alene Police Department Investigation Division was called out and continued the investigation.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of Justin Wheeler, 31, of Coeur d Alene for five counts Lewd Conduct with a minor under 16 years of age.  

The investigating detective's believe there might be additional victims that have not been contacted.  If anyone has further information, please contact the Coeur d Alene Police Department at 208-769-2320.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Investigative Regional Response (SIRR) Team continues to investigate the officer-involved shooting incident that occurred early Monday morning near Monroe and Sinto. The man who was shot has been identified as 35-year-old Antonio Davis. He was treated and released from the hospital and booked into Spokane County Jail for attempting to elude, unlawful possession of a firearm as well as being an outstanding fugitive from Reno, Nevada.
