    NEW YORK (AP) - The Federal Communications Commission formally released a draft of its plan to kill net-neutrality rules, which equalized access to the internet and prevented broadband providers from favoring their own apps and services.    Now the question is: What comes next?    The FCC's move will allow companies like Comcast, AT&T and Verizon to charge internet companies for speedier access to consumers and to block outside services they don't like.

    SPOKANE, Wash.- Spokane Police are looking for the person responsible for robbing a north Spokane pot shop and gun point and shooting an employee Tuesday night. Police say a man wearing dark clothing walked into Starbuds Cannabis on east Francis and held two employees up at gunpoint. The robber fired a round, hitting one of the employees. The victim was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

State Police Sergeant Rafael Souza is being called a hero in the Brazilian media after he shot and killed two suspected robbers at a pharmacy in Sao Pauloon on November 19th.
