KHQ.COM - A person who was getting off the bus in the area of Cleveland & Division was hit by a bicyclist. The person who was hit was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It happened on Monday morning. It's not clear if the bicyclist will be cited.

Federal officials who permitted the project to move North Dakota oil to Illinois could revise their analysis, or they could conduct a full environmental study.
