Ferris Grad Second At Air Capital Classic

Alex Prugh, a graduate of Ferris High School, is in second place at the Air Capital Classic at 8-under after shooting par on Friday. Prugh, and Jace Long, trail leader Nathan Tyler by two strokes heading into the weekend.

Prugh lead the Air Capital Classic after an opening round 8-under 63 on Thursday. The Air Capital Classic -- set in Wichita, Kan. -- is part of the Web.com Tour. Prugh had six birdies and an eagle during a bogey-free round on Thursday.

The Web.com Tour is a developmental league.
