Hermiston Police Arrest Teen for Graffiti

HERMISTON, Ore. - Hermiston Police say a teenager now faces charges for tagging graffiti throughout the city.

Police arrested 19-year-old Jesus Eduardo Magallanes from Hermiston Wednesday night and booked him into the Umatilla County Jail in Pendleton.

Officers say he was involved with graffiti at several locations earlier this month, and at a park back in March.

He now faces three counts of unlawfully applying graffiti, two counts of third degree criminal mischief, one count of second degree criminal mischief, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
